We have been a little sick lately and that is the main reason I have not posted anything in the last days. Andrew started with a cold, Jason got it, then Isaac, then I. The only one still immune is my mom (man, she has a good health!). Fortunately Isaac's cold is mild, he gets congested mostly at night but we turn on a vaporizer that solves the problem.
Isaac is adorable! He loves to interact by laughing and kicking when we talk to him, and he can gurgle new sounds lately. It is amazing to see his progress from one week to the other! We took him to the doctor last week (his two-month old appointment) and he weights 10 lb, 8 oz - almost 4 pounds more than his birth weight. Everything is good and he did not even cry during the whole appointment! That actually shows his personality in general, since he is an easygoing baby. We have been going out more frequently with him and he just goes with the flow; I was just thinking yesterday how his cries became rare, as a matter of fact! The only time he cries now is when we delay his bottle for some reason - which he demands every three hours, on the clock!
Andrew continues to develop his speech; his vocabulary has exploded this past month and he is definitely using it for his own benefit. For example, he sits in the table to eat and starts asking for "meat," "french-fries," "cheese" or whatever he is in the mood for eating! He also wakes up sometimes and starts saying "go park" and/or "church" - his favorite places to be. He still loves music and his favorite instruments are the cymbals (we think we will be a drummer), the bass and the tuba. He can also find some notes in the piano as well with some help (for example, if I show him where the A is, he can find the G and C etc...). Jason took him to a jazz concert and he actually sat for 4 songs paying attention to what was going on the stage. He is also getting his last toddler molars just now, at 2 1/5 years old.
